The project entitled ‘Classic Dine’ is an e-commerce website built for an online restaurant. The primary purposes of the application are order placing, profile management and browsing the items. Searching the items has two different method. Firstly, customer can browse the menu by category and then sub category. Secondly, customer can directly search an item by typing any matching string. All the customer have to do is just add the items to the cart, finalize the cart if necessary, then put the delivery address and it’s all done. In the website the application also has the facility to track the order live. There’s also coupons included in the website. A coupon can be either of cashback or discount. On cashback, the amount of cashback will be added to the customer’s wallet once the items are delivered. On discount, the discount amount will be deducted from the total amount. Coupons can be also implemented for selected items and selected customers or may be both together. Additionally a coupon has validity period and also valid time period of a day and also limit of use per customer. A customer will always be updated with the most selling items and can also view the previous orders. The application includes Facebook login for quick access.

The project entitled ‘T.K. Engineering Consortium Pvt. Ltd.’ is a web application build for the purposes of inventory management, material supply and tracking, machinery performance, history and maintenance tracking, indent generation, purchase order generation, work order generation, etc. The system has 3 types of users namely Admin, Workshop in charge and diesel supervisor. The admin does all the master entries like sites, machines, machine parts, user etc. Only the admin can generate purchase order and work order, supply fuel or other things to the sites. Also the admin can do the tasks of the other types of users too. The diesel supervisor of a site looks after the machinery maintenance and performance of its site. The user have to entry some necessary data on daily basis and these data can be further process to create reports of selected durations. A workshop supervisor looks after the parts and other tools stock in the site. The diesel supervisor and workshop in charge have to inform any kind of needs to the admin, and the admin will process it further. In case of machinery transfer, part transfer etc. a tracking system is also there to view the current position. For almost every kind of task, there’re contain reports which can be generated as per needs. The mobile application contains only operational parts. Master entries and reports are only available in web application.

Admin Panel:

Creation of salesman: Admin can create salesman and deploy task to them. Management of different credentials: Admin can add/manage products, orders, pricing, stocks, billing etc. Notification system: Admin or salesman will receive notification when there is any new task to perform. Salesman location tracking: Admin can monitor the location of the salesman any time. Reports: Admin can view daily, weekly and monthly report of sales, productions, dispatch items etc. Order approval: Admin can approve/disapprove the fulfilment of orders.

Salesman Panel:

Create Distributors: Salesman can create distributor, and update their information. Order Management: Salesman can update the details of orders he have received from the distributors. Client visit: Salesman can update the information about his visit to the distributors. Stock management: Salesman will review the stock, and can place requirement to admin.

The project entitled ‘Speed Express’ is a mobile application designed for the courier delivery persons. The application have mainly 2 tasks. Firstly get the consignment detail and secondly update consignment status. For getting consignment data there are two ways, either get the consignment data by date or by consignment number. There’s a unique identification number which is automatically taken from the mobile and if this doesn’t exist in the database, the app won’t function properly. The possible statuses of the consignments is also taken from the server and loaded in the local database. The application works both online or offline. However the user have to synchronize the local data to the server once he’s online. After updating, the data in the local storage will be deleted. Certain features are added in the application which are Barcode Reading, Geo location reading, Signature pad, camera application etc. to improve the quality of the delivery system and to avoid wrong information.

The project entitled ‘ABAD Agri’ is an e-commerce website and mobile application which is made for the farmers, vendors and consumers to sell organic vegetables. The android application is only for vendors and the consumers. The users can be divided into five types namely warehouse admin, in charge, vendor, customer and Observer. The customers have only access to place order to vendors. The vendors can place order to the warehouse and also maintains his stock in it. The workshop in charge maintains his warehouse stock and supplies items to the vendors. The admin can maintains the orders from the vendors and distributes them to the warehouses. On placing an order, the warehouse with all items available is assigned. But when no warehouse has all the items in the order, the admin distributes the orders to separate warehouses. The admin can track every report of the warehouses time to time. All the primary master entries necessary such as items, packages etc. are entered by the admin. The observer has only the permission to view all kinds of reports like admin. However he doesn’t perform any action but can ask the admin when necessary.

The project entitled ‘Prosam Tutorial’ is a web application which as three ends, one is for the website of the business and one for the control panel of the website and one for exam portal. There are two types of users for it, one is admin and other is student. The admin manages the website contents and generates the questions for online examination. The student can attempt the exams available according to his course and can keep track of the performance. The admin can also keep track of the performance of the students. There are two kind of tests, one is mock test and other is practice test. Mock test includes all the subject questions of a course and the practice test contains only the questions of a particular subject. The mock test has two types, one is prelim and another is mains. In prelim, a student can switch the subjects at any time within the duration. In mains, the timing is set for each subjects and student cannot pass to another subject by self.

There are two types of users for it, one is admin and other is Club admin. The admin manages the website content and also generates the tournaments and the clubs and their users. A club admin can register a student with proper ID given at the time of joining for a tournament. According to the details of the student, the system will automatically insert in proper category of the tournament. The admin can also register students and also can remove students from particular tournament or event. The admin can generate the fixture of the tournament category wise after registration period. The admin can also edit student’s information on necessary purpose.
